Family law includes legal quandries that can arise between family members. For instance two separated parents that cannot agree where their children will live, or that one of the parents no longer deems that the legal custody should remain shared. Family law also includes economic relations between family members and can include legal questions such as inheritance, wills, prenuptial agreements, divisions of property, etc.

 As a party to the family-related dispute you may have the right to obtain help with the costs of a legal counsel, either as a consequence of your insurance or as part of the Swedish legal aid-system.
